Bespoke whisky tastings, designed around you

Every tasting we host is different. We tailor the whisky selection, format, and atmosphere to suit your group, your experience level, and your occasion.

You can choose the option that works best for you:

If you already have a venue
We will come to you and host the full tasting experience, bringing the whisky, glassware, guiding the tasting, and creating an engaging and memorable event.

If you would like us to manage everything
We can coordinate the full experience, including sourcing the venue through our trusted partners across Edinburgh and throughout Scotland.

Meet your hosts: Ola and Ryan

Stravaig Spirits is an Edinburgh based independent whisky company founded by Ola and Ryan. We work directly with casks and bottle our own Scotch whisky, giving us a deep and practical understanding of how whisky develops from cask to glass.

Our tastings go beyond standard scripts. We share real insight into whisky making, maturation, flavour, and the stories behind each dram.

Our hosting style is relaxed, engaging, and approachable. Whether your group wants a fun introduction or a deeper dive into single cask whisky, we adapt to suit the room.
