The best job in the world - Apply now!

Exciting news! We’re offering one lucky candidate the opportunity to become a whisky taster with us, receiving six instalments of cask samples which will be selected for the next Tri Carragh releases over a six-month period.

Research shows that whisky is growing in popularity, with the search term ‘whisky tasting’ increasing in interest by 63% in the past month¹. Following this, we want to find what makes the best, and we need your help.

We’ll hire one individual on a voluntary basis to be an official taste tester over a six-month period who will get to try out a range of whisky and potential food pairings for future bottlings, providing personal reviews of the products in return.

We always want to create the best product we can, so receiving reviews from a true whisky lover will be instrumental in our product development in the future.

Our Tri Carragh bottles are single malts which we’ve specially selected for their ability to spark a conversation. The ideal candidate will be able to rate the whisky according to the following criteria:

  • Smell

  • Nose

  • Finish

  • Stand-out flavours/ maturation influences

  • Why the food pairing is or isn’t a good match

  • Other/ different pairing recommendations

So, do you think you have the taste buds to determine the BEST whisky in the country?
